The main source of water supply in Peshawar city is ground water from tube wells. Out of the total existing water supply distribution network of 2,200kms, the network to be replaced will be 473kms. The rationale behind the selection is to connect the operational 121 tube wells of Peshawar city with the network for complete flow of water supply.
